If you have active SIM card
Just dial 098*19042 or *146*098*19042# on your device — you will receive new password by SMS.
If you do not remember your login or do ont have access to SIP/SIM
Please, contact us via e-mail and specify two details from this list:
- Account login or SIP-login
- Invite code, by which you are registered
- Approximate remaining balance
- CallerID from which you made any call from your account
- Any dialed number from your account
For your security, we will not restore an access if you have not specified required details.
